These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk360 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. Last updated: June 2026.
pk360 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
Each player may hold only one active pk360 account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will be suspended.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, collude, or manipulate outcomes will result in immediate account closure.
All deposits and withdrawals on pk360 are processed in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, and other supported methods.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk360 login credentials and all activity under your account.
pk360 reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register and use the pk360 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
2.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
2.3 pk360 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in account closure.
2.4 Each individual may maintain only one active account on the pk360 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. pk360 will close all duplicate accounts and any funds held in such accounts may be voided at pk360's sole discretion.
2.5 pk360 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk360 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pk360 account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk360 immediately via the official support channel at [email protected].
3.3 pk360 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This can be configured from within your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
3.4 pk360 will never contact you to request your password or full OTP via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk360 immediately.
4.1 pk360 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 Deposits are credited to your pk360 balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Instant deposit methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are credited immediately. Bank transfers are typically credited within one business day. pk360 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. pk360 requires account identity verification to be complete before processing withdrawal requests. pk360 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for large withdrawals.
4.4 pk360 may refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 You may only withdraw funds that have been legitimately won through normal use of the pk360 platform. Depositing funds without placing bets or with the intent of exploiting withdrawal mechanisms is prohibited.
5.1 All bets placed on the pk360 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (cricket betting, casino, slots). These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the pk360 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the pk360 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. pk360 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or prices resulting from a technical error or human mistake.
5.3 For cricket betting markets, pk360 reserves the right to suspend markets and void bets in the event of match abandonment, interruption, or other circumstances that render the outcome of a market impossible to determine under the stated settlement rules.
5.4 All casino games and slots available on the pk360 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology verified by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds.
5.5 pk360 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a particular game or betting market before placing a bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk360 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
7.1 pk360 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each offer.
7.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
7.3 pk360 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. pk360 also reserves the right to void bonus-linked winnings and withdraw bonus funds if it determines that a user has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
7.4 Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available to one account per individual, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times is considered prohibited conduct under Section 6.
8.1 pk360 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion to help users manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.
8.2 You may request self-exclusion from the pk360 platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you will be prevented from logging in to your pk360 account and from placing bets or accessing casino games.
8.3 You must not attempt to access the pk360 platform during a self-exclusion period using another account or by any other means. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
8.4 pk360 encourages users who are experiencing difficulty managing their gambling to seek help from professional responsible gaming organisations. Information on responsible gaming resources is available on the pk360 Responsible Gaming page.
8.5 It is a condition of these Terms that you are not using the pk360 platform as your primary source of income and that you are wagering only funds you can afford to lose. pk360 is an entertainment platform, not a financial product.
9.1 All content on the pk360 platform — including but not limited to the pk360 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of pk360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk360 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pk360 content without prior written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses sustained through betting or gaming activity.
10.2 pk360 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. pk360 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other technical defects.
10.3 pk360 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the closure of an account for breach of these Terms.
pk360 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the pk360 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the pk360 platform.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk360 operates. Users are individually responsible for ensuring that their use of the pk360 platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including all applicable laws of Pakistan.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to pk360's operating jurisdiction.
12.3 For account-related disputes, users should first raise the matter with the pk360 customer support team at [email protected]. pk360 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
